Hi there, I'll be with you in a tick. Salve, un attimo e sono da lei.
What seems to be the problem? Quale sarebbe il problema?
I was hoping you could tell me. Speravo che potesse dirmelo lei.
Recently my car's been cutting out when it's idling.
When I'm stopped at lights it cuts out and stalls.
Last week I had a breakdown on the motorway and had to be towed home.
When was the car last serviced? A quando risale l'ultima revisione?
The car was serviced about a year ago.
Do you want to start her up for me? Me la metterebbe in moto?
Give it a bit of gas. Schiacci un po' l'acceleratore.
The car stalls straight away. La macchina si spegne subito.
What does it sound like to you? Cosa le sembra che sia?
The engine could just need tuning or there might be a problem with the alternator.
